Dr Seetha Chandran, CEO & MD of Niramaya Ayurgramam is
serving as a professor in Candian school of Ayurveda & Yoga, Canada. She
has persuaded her PhD in Ayurveda from IPGT & RA, Gujarat Ayurved
University, Jamnagar and was conferred
PM Madhava Varier Gold medal, 2013 from Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala, Kerala.
She is an outstanding practitioner of Smriti Meditation_ An Ayurvedic Psychotherapy based counselling
technique. She studied Smriti Meditation from Kottakkal Ayurveda School of
excellence (KASE), subsequently she blossomed in the field of psychology.
She has served formerly
as a teaching faculty in Govt. Ayurveda College @ Kannur. She is noted
for her proficiency in Varmology, Tun
& Tan Balance (Acupuncture), Manuscriptology, Nadi pareeksha, and Trigger
Therapy. Optimising her time between counselling and teaching Ayurveda
graduates, she is running an Ayurveda
treatment centre as well. The centre focuses on people suffering from stress,
anxiety, depression, addictions, family conflicts, various psychosomatic disorders
like autoimmune disease, hypothyroidism etc. She
has been instrumental in healing thousands of stressed souls, helping them to
embark onto the path of excellence
She has to her credit several best paper
awards and ample International conference presentations. Apart from
disseminating the knowledge of Ayurveda,
through coordinating numerous workshops and seminars, she is contributing
consistently through her books and scientific articles on diverse topics, which
was very well received in peer review circles. Besides, a Mobile APP on Continuous medical education in
Ayurveda named “Parishat” was developed by her.
