CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY . 

  • Cancellation can be accepted only within the first 24 hours of enrolment.
  • Cancellation request can only be placed until 10 days before the course commencement date.
  • Cancellation request is to be made at [email protected] 

REFUND POLICY 

  • Request for refund can be made only within the 10 days of purchase if the course is not what you anticipated.
  • Edufly holds the right to provide the user either a refund credit or refund on cash depending on the criteria.
  • Refund will not be provided if the request is given 10 days after enrolment.
  • Edufly reserves the right to refund students beyond the 10 days limit in case of suspected or confirmed account fraud.
  • If the user is provided with the credit refund, it can be applied towards the next course purchase from our application.
  • At disposition, if we believe that the user is abusing our refund policy, such as if he/she consumed a significant portion of a course that the refund is requested or if he/she had  previously refunded a course, we reserve the right to deny the refund/ban the account and/or restrict the future use of the service    
  • If  we ban/restrict access to a course due to the violation of terms on our Guidelines, he/she will not be eligible for a refund.
